em999 Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 56 Rep Power: 2	training Everyone goes on about setting up loadsa different schedules for different positions.. just found out its not the way to go attacking and tactics intensive... play a passing game and have everything else around the middle...and train them as a squad not as postions that just breeds a bad team spirit..and doesnt give players a all round game..cause it can sometimes help if your strikers can tackle u know...especially if u play a closing down game... i have derby county playing like arsenal..
