I'm curious what has the most impact in having success with a team.
So, which ones of these elements do you think play the heaviest parts?
- Tactics
- Training
- Tweaks during the match
- Getting the right staff
- Buying the right players
- Team talks / PR / morale management in general (an can you really manage it?)
With tactics I'd break it down a bit and actually ask about which part of it you think is more important:
- Formation
- Player instructions
- Opposition instructions
Feel free to add other elements that I didn't think about.

its all about using tactics to get the best out of the players you have. you dont have to tweak in game if you think you have the right tactal setup by the way.
