Playing with three different tactics through a season.
Hi Guys & Girls if any,
I know I'm playing with Man Utd which is a head start already, but do you guys stick with one tactic or swap and change each game? May be risky to do so, but I find changing it works for me.
I have been using 3-4-3, 4-4-2 & 5-4-1 depending on the team I play and how well their doing. I do tweak these tactics from the standard versions and are all attacking versions, but haven't changed them too much.
I don't think you can just stick to one tactic anymore until the AI figures them out.
I have only played 8 league games but i've won 7 lost 1 (10 men in that loss). I'am top and have won both CL games so far. It works well I think but I do have the squad to rotate players to accomodate these tactics. Just wondered what you guys think.
I have beat chelsea 2-1 and won games 5-1 & 5-2.
I would post some screenies, but not sure how to do this staight from print screen so maybe you can help me with that.

for me it entirely depends on the tactics I am using and the success I get with them. I am usually quite patient, trying to endure a "drought" without too many changes.
I have one tactic that seems to work brilliantly for many years, but then in another game with another team it doesn't work for more than half a season, then I simply switch to another tactic (different basic set up, e.g. from 442 to 433 or 4132 etc... not just changing forward runs from often to normal or so)
One of my games I stuck to my tactics and didn't win for about 10 games, when there was a media message dissing me for sticking to my tactics, despite not winning. Even so that was a big slap in my face it was probably one of the coolest msgs I ever got in FM
