On previous versions of FM I have asily created a tactic to my teams strength and used this to finish above expectations. However, this year I jsut cant seem to get it right! Maybe the game is so much different that old techniques for achieving success have to be re-mastered?

For my tactic 4-5-1 Narrow (available on FM Downloads) i just used the basics of football, defenders defend, attackers attack and the midfield does a little of both, seems logic works better this time round as i've had fantastic results with it.

Teamtalks are a major factor in this game and with leeds i got to the premiership in 2 seasons. If you get the teamtalk right including individual teamtalks you can really give some teams a pasting. Having said that i have yet to beat the big four yet.
