what team starts with the best players who are over 30?

i fancy trying to see where a team where my only rules is that anyone under 30 has to be sold and i can only sign/play players that are over the age of 30.

AC Milan, its full off golden oldies. PLus you will get aloud for Kake which you can spend on other players .

i'm normally ac milan and cant ever bring myself to sell kaka!
