Finalmente si comincia!!!

I had wanted to play as Lazio for a while, but I was busy with my Juve game, then my Milan game. But, I wanted a new challenge, and Lazio are a team that have had the worst luck recently.

The last Lazio game I played, I was able to rely on players like Stam, Stankovic, Fiore, Lopez and Corradi. The first step was to recreate a squad full of quality, and to reinforce the central defence. I got 14mil from the board as my budget. I bought Sienkewicz (sp?) and Drost. I also picked up Pocognoli for the LB position. I then snapped up Hatem Ben Arfa on loan, to fill the void left by Nedved on the left wing, where he has been fantastic. I also got Diego Biseswar, who has been quite good, but I reckon he's a player to sell after a season or two, hopefully for a profit. I also wanted some strength in the midfield, and as we have no good DMs, so I picked up Sivok . I also got Nery Castillo, who has been grabbing a goal a game, and looks to be giving Pandev a contest for the forward position. My last signing was Dhorasoo, to act as cover for Ledesma for the playmaking midfielder.

So, second in the league, and with a good chance of finishing in the top four. Once Pandev and Behrami return we'll become a real force to be reckoned with.

Great game by Lazio this week-end at Sampdoria. If we keep this up we can finish 3rd.

I was in the January transfer window of the second season with Man Utd when I saw Lazio languising just above the relagation zone in Serie A! So I decided to take them on board to help them out of trouble and manage two clubs at once..

Used my reserve team well at United by sending Giuseepe Rossi and Gonzalo Higuain on loan to Lazio straight away to bolster their strikeforce (Rossi has been on fire so far!).. brought in Lebohang Mokoena for a bargain £100k.. and strengthened their defence with Ezeqiuel Garay (£3.3m) and the versatile Ibrahim Kargbo (£2.8m)..

Cureently unbeaten in seven games..

Question..
Â*
Has anyone had any good experiences with Pandev?
Â*
I'm playing him upfront alongside Rocchi but struggling to get the best out of him! Should I be playing him as an AML? Or maybe an AMC??

I usually play him as AML and use Makinwa or another stiker up front, and he plays well.
I guess as a AMC he is also pretty good...

Hmm.. I will try him at AML then, since he has good dribbling stats aswell..

If that doesn't work then I'll put him back up front but tinker with his Player Instructions (make sure he runs with the ball and give him more creative freedom maybe?)

Thanks for the tips..
