Default FM '08 - Aberdeen F.C. - Back In Europe, Bring On The World...

Aberdeen Football Club is a football team from Scotland, who compete in the Scottish Premier League.

Formed in 1903 from the amalgamation of a number of clubs from Aberdeen, they have historically been one of the most successful Scottish teams. Alex Ferguson was a highly successful manager of the team in the 1980s, guiding them to three league championships, and famously to victory in the 1983 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, defeating Real Madrid in the final.

Aberdeen play at Pittodrie, which has a capacity of 22,199 and was the first all-seater and all-covered stadium in the UK. Aberdeen were also the first team to introduce the 'dug-out'.

Could a Mod possibly move the start of the writing underneath the image leaving a one line gap. Thanks.

The scottish player values in general really seem to have taken a pretty big hike this year, £1.6m for Michael Hart, I think we'd easily sell him in real life for a quarter of that, not that im complaining though, hes first on my list of players to flog when I get round to starting this

I know what you mean about values. Derek Young started off at £725k and as an Important First Team player in my game!

It seems as though the values of S.P.L players has once again been over rated.

Not that I'm complaining. Just making the point.

I'm downloading the demo now and look forward to playing as Aberdeen.

Why flog Michael Hart? Who do Aberdeen have at right back who is better? Plus...who has anyone signed to fill the hole left by Anderson's departure?

In relation with gra's thread, maybe this should be closed and then a new one can be made after the release of the full game.
