Has anyone else had this 'problem' (don't know what else to call it)?

Igor Akinfeev, scouted him (end of 1st season)
report comes back 'good signing',

2 weeks later, scouted him again 'decent signing'.

I thought I'd look at other options.

2 weeks later, scouted him again (everyone was after him) 'leading star'.

Eventually I bought him, but why would the reports change so much in a space of a month. Similar thing happened with Ustari, Garay.

Anyone else had similar thing happen to them?

Yeah thats my doubt as well.

Though I have witnessed it once myself, but the changes weren't so drastic.
It was Definite Purchase -> Good Signing.
And that too after the player had rejected my approach.
