Hi. Just sold Marcelo for 44million. and need to replace him with a back up for evra. Any ideas? cheers. BTW 2009.

Chiellini is a great player and even better backup. I got him in 2008 for £10.75 because he seemed pretty easily unsettled.

I just read what I wrote and that makes no sense. Let me rephrase.

I got Chiellini in 2008 for £10.75 and he should be well good enough to rotate with Evra. Can also provide occaisonal backup for your centre-backs as well.

Did try for him,costing around 20million.But he wouldn't sign for my Man Utd team. Idiot!
