less shots?

hey so ive got long shots set on the left as far as possible but i still have my players making quite a lot long range shots.. anyone know how i can get it so my team passes it about more trying to find that opening?

I'm having the same problem. I've got everyone on long shots = rarely, but my midfielders still try to many long shots. I've tried to have them run with ball but nothing seems to help.

set their creative freedom down to little, seems to have worked for me to an extent

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.
