Does anyone else have a problem with their keeper’s distribution?

I've got mine to defender collect, but all my keeper ever does is kick the ball long. This usually results in the opposition launching counter-attacks.

Any help with this appreciated!

hello

i have my goalkeeper on quick throw
seems to throw or kick it to my defender which ever one i have set him to throw it to.

I have him set to long kick and distribute to my target man. Works nice sometimes

Same problem here...

The GK ignores completely the instruction to pass it short to the next defender, always shooting for the opp teams to get the ball...

The only way I found to counter this was to set him to pass long balls (as he would do anyways) but to my Striker... That way the opp at least receives my GK "pass" a little back in the field, in time to get challenged...

But I almost trew my notebook from the windows because of this...
