i am a liverpool fan, its easy, make sure your strikers dont score, wingers cant cross,play 12 dmcs, and promise stevie g , things will be better next year!

seriously they are team liverpool dont have a set formation as they play differently with different players and teams.

So maybe just try 4-4-2

with defensive line on high

WOW, THANKS A LOT !!!. I used your recommendation, see, I bought 2 more DM into my squad then I use 442.

a. You said winger cant cross meaning, I should use no wingers.
b. 12 DM is impossible. Max DM i can use is 7 and their instruction is never cross.
here's the line-up

coloccini - carra - agger - palombo
gerard - xabi - javi - lucas
sisoko - torres

with above team I manage to win EPL in the first season hehe. All I do is Man-Mark, Tight, HardTackle,QuickTempo,ShortPassing,Narrow,ZeroTime Wasting

Torres: FreeRole,Playmaker,TargetMan-ToFeet,maxCF.

back four should be zonal marking as liverpool is probably the best zonal marking team in the world.

probably its more like 4-4-2.
one def cm and another is attacking.
fullbacks move forward when attacking.

apart from those i have no idea as they are everywhere and he changes too much.

I think Rafa tried a 4-2-3-1 formation when he first came to LFC.He used it at Valencia too.

The back four speaks for itself

Two DMC's Alonso/Masch or Lucas/Momo or a mixture of both.

AMR - Gerrard/Pennant
AML - Kewell/Leto

AMC - Gerrard or Kewell or buy a AMC/AMR/AML

ST - Torres
