hyperion666 Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Posts: 50 Rep Power: 4	the importance of tactical consistency and understanding.. I was wondering just how important these factors are. For example if I have a tactic that is new to the team and with new players, and I find my team dominating but just not being able to put chances away and convert possesion into goals, should I stick with the tactic unchanged until things start to click? I was wondering if constant tickering around is as big a cause of inconsistent results as it could be IRL.
