Ok so heres my problem, ive got my coaches set up correctly so there is 7 stars next to each of the training category's, however and heres where it gets extremley annoying, none of my players have green improvment arrows next to theyre playing stats, id this my custom regime?, how do i go about creating effective 1's?

How long have you been using this custom regime since setting up all the coaches so they were on 7 stars?

Are you checking it day by day or one week at a time?

I've not seen any improvement in players from training in over three seasons, even when a report comes through to say "Player X has shown improvement" theres absolutely no difference.

thats exactly the same thing im getting, im in my 4th season and if any players have improved its in less than 4 attributes each and only by about 1 maybe 2 points , my youth team are training better but still not the way i want them to, also i have been checking it nearly every week for say 5 months now since all my cosches had 7 stars.

Hmm ok there could be several reasons for this:

1. some of the downloaded skins have not reacted well to the patch and increases are not shown in color

2. Either that or the regimes are not efficient..

3. Finally you could actually be training a player who has already achieved his PA.
