Tactics & Training Tips

It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

My hereford's dip in form began three games ago...I literally felt it coming. I thought I solved the problem when I tweaked the playing style a little, but after being "istanbulled" 3-3 in my last match, a third straight draw, I know I have to do more...and fast. Any success stories to share here?

It's getting increasing annoying that the game does not allow you to win long as you're down, even when ur 3-0 up

I reckon this is a big problem for many of us. Try change something in the tactic, be more aggresive during the game and have some ice cold manner and pull back when you have a big lead as 3-0.

Theres something wrong in the game engine for sure ...Those stupid comebacks

I mean 3:1 at half time for me I am outplaying them everywhere...

The game finishes 4:3...
Its like 80 percent of the goals are receva are either in first 10 minuters or in hte last 5..Its really annoying and I bealiave it should be tweaked its not normal to receive goal in last minutes every match and so far this season I just counted I received like 5 goals in 1st or 2nd minute...!!!!

When I lose one game by 2:0 margin and if i not win the next one everytime my Team slumps into a big hole and drawns like 2:2 3:3 or something like that...

Don't complain about it, i just fought my way back from a two nil defeat, and turned around a 2 game losing streak, all in a league I'm supposed to be relegated from.

Its tough I know, but its what you do in the game that matters. There are some pretty decent threads you can read.

If you're down at the break...your team talk is impt, sometimes a small change to your tactics can help..things like
Slowing down tempo - takes the sting out
Subbing ineffective players...by far the most important thing to do...look for players who are being overpowered in attributes
If the pitch is heavy short passsing is out of the question, look at a mixed form of passing that holds possession and allows you to play direct...yes..you need to set up different passing instructions for players.

Timewasting, width...there are loads of things you can do.

IN my game with Man city I am near end of third season

I have bursts in angry tears quit ea few times most notatbly after beeing second in my first season undeafeated for 11 games and then I went on a "Great" streak of 13 games without win!!!It was memorable

I just lost 6 games straigt from the start of the prem league, and then came out and won the next 6. so im now 6 0 6 lol. I went from a direct playing style to a mixed, took out counter attacks at home and there u have it.

Some of the problems are people's own doing...one notable area is closing down...just follow the meaning of the 3 different descriptions on the slider and you CAN'T go wrong.
