Im sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I have always played LLM until this year. I chose Slavia Sofia in the Bulgarian A Group and they are a lot better than any other team I have ever managed. I am at the end of my first season and just sold my first player (I didnt even want to sell him but he wanted to go onto a better team) for 240K. Im sure this doesnt sound like a lot of money to most people but considering the most any one of my players has ever been worth was 10K, it is a hell of a lot of money to me.
Now, I was under the impression that when the transfer went through I would have that money to spend on other players. I really need it too, because the player I just sold was one of my top 3 on the team. So I have a few questions:
1. What decides my allowance for the Wage Budget and my transfer allotment?
2. When I began my first season, the board gave me about 170K for transfers and I had a little less than half left when I made this sale. Where did the money from this sale go? The board keeps your transfer money and doesnt let you spend it?
3. If my players want to leave and I sell them for big money (240K is HUGE for me), how can I buy new players if they dont allow me to spend what I brought in?
If someone could give some insight as to how the transfer market works and answer these questions I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
