Anyways; My United finished the season fantastic.
Won the PL, FAC, LC and ECL (+ Char.Shield)!

From 12.01.2008 to 23.04.2008 i won 25 games in a row. Season total said;
64 games played
52 games won
11 games drawn
1 game lost
178 goals scored (2.8 per match)
36 goals conc. (0.6 per match)

Whether it's a downloaded tactic or one I've created myself, the only one that consistently gets me the results as good as I think I should be getting given the strength of my squad is this one. Nice work Barnsley.

Could you upload your tweaked tactic and your 'turnaround' tactic? I've also been using this one with Atletico Madrid with quite some success, but I'm interested in the tweaks you made!

I have finally managed to finish a full season and this has been achieved without any saving and reloading. This tactic is tweaked from the original and I will let the results speak for themselves.









All this achieved with existing squad - no players brought in-



and here is the tweaked tactic - the only changes made from this during the season are as earlier stated to slow down and go defensive or go wider on the gameplay depending on opposition.

cuz as far as ive see & tested it wit some minor tweaks to AMC's mentality, i always concede 1st before i start scorin like crazy..

case: MAN UTD & CHELSEA COMMUNITY SHIELD

i was hit by 2 goals within 5 mins & ended by winning the match wit a resounding scoreline of 5-2... lol

& this syndrome has been wit me ever since! as soon as the AI scores for itself, my team scores within mins to equalise or even take the lead...


also @ BARNSLEY:

this tactic seems to falter wit lower clubs... ive managed to loose to READING & get draws with DERBY, MIDDLESBOROUGH, WERDER BREMEN & a couple of other teams..

but ive managed to beat the likes of LIVERPOOL, ARSENAL, CHELSEA, SEVILLA etc comprehensively both at home & away..

i must point out tat im playin wihtout the patch..

another query,

not bein too precise or accurate, but on average of 2 outta every 5 games, ive seen the opposition team loose its players due to red cards... its ridiculous wen they play wit 10 or even 9 players & i end wit a score line of only 1-0 or 2-1...

any thoughts??

BUT I MUST SAY TAT THIS TACTIC IS REALLY GOOD, if not the BEST...

I am afraid you have answered your own question by saying that you play without the patch. Even though it is only a beta patch it solves the closing down problem which is the backbone of this tactic. I found that the big clubs can't tend to deal with this (as can be seen in the results posted). If struggling against so called 'lower' teams try widening the tactic as it may be that you are crowded out in the middle of the pitch. When the opposition gets a player sent off then you should definitely look at widening the play down both flanks to stretch them whilst playing with less men.
