Hey is it the case now that you need top facilties and all 7 star training to see increases in abilities?

As with blackpool i only have average so will take a few years to get top plus only allowed 4-5 averege coaches set up to the best they can be 4-5 stars.

Now i hardly see any devlopment of players in youth or in my first team even those 20 -25.

Is training now too bias to top clubs with top facilties?

As the training in FM08 is still completely lacking interaction, I don't bother with it. Just download some training schedules that someone else has worked out and use those.

It's a realistic strategy too, as most real life football managers don't sit adjusting sliders and sorting players into groups, they hire other people to organise training for them.
