| been saying this myself for a while myself now why i wanted big sam in charge think he would have been more of a player fitting his system rather then fitting one to a player . cant remember the last time someone come into the team that we wasnt expecting
think the spain friendly was a good example when alonso didnt play because the manager wanted to give xavia more of a platform be nice if we could do that just play one or 2 ball wining mids behind gerrard and tell him to go do his thing

I liked it when Peter Taylor took charge a while back for Enggland as he changed the team dramaticaly and choose youth. More managers should have the balls to do that, especially if someones not playing well drop him. Quote:

I think that England could be a world class team again. The only way to do its is to sack McClaren and hire Big Sam as he always stick to the same formation and seem to play by the rule if it aint broke dont fix it. McClaren changes the formation to much which i think kind of confuses the team a bit.

It doesn't matter who manager is imo, its more a player related thing and motivation. Next few years will be intersting though as a few will be retiring. Only then may we become a world class team. In fact have we ever been world class? would anyone class us as that?

| Fair point. I dont belive McClaren is the right man for the job. He is a great assistant but not a great manager. If Big Sam had been hired we might play with a bit more passion as he is a great at motivating and man mangement

Family actually (so pleasure). Haven't seen my parents and friends back home in about 7 months! Am a student here, so rather long periods of being away from family.

| disagree with this a bit. now if u took rooney and gerrard we should still be a quarter final side now get the right manager who can make us a solid side throw them in then you have 2 world class players who can change a game and push us into the later stages

- See as many friends as possible.
- Spend some quality time with family.
- See this girl I fancy for the past 6 odd years!
- Shop for some cloths and much much cheaper books.
- I have been told that its really hot in India (or New Delhi specifically) atm, so some attempts to escape the heat.

And thanks
You got much planned over the rest of the summer?
