It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Spent most of my day (at work) reading through this thread which is very impressive and trying to implement a solid and good goalscoring formation for my Man Utd team.

I have been trying for the last 2 years (fm06-fm08) to recreate a solid 4-2-3-1 formation but like most have found this to be difficult. having read this thread i have spent a lot of day trying to create this as i feel i certainly have enough quality in my squad to achieve this (end of 3rd season). I have set up my individual players mentalities to how i would like to see them perform but am interested to hear how you have set up your team instructions. i am interested to know how you change these game on game and what factors you use to determine how you will play against a good side or a weaker side.

Well the things I change are tempo and defensive line and width.

As you are Man utd I would imagine you would be able to have a high defensiv line aswell as wide width and slow-normal tempo.

Good Luck

Im making a realy long thread soon, so if anyone is willing to help test tactics etc. add my msn in my profile.

Testers must give feedack and suggestions but they will get lots of Credit in the opening post of my thread.

I simply hope it gets as much attention as the work ia m putting into it, so anhelp would be apreciated. Just add my MSN
