Great thread matey!
Three things:
What's the full names of 'mota' and 'alex' referred to above?
And secondly, whack your tactics up for download for us all to try, especially the christmas tree one which I've never been able to successfully reproduce! But then I again it's probably because I like wingers in fairness.
Whicb signings do you think were/will be the most influential?

1. Its sergio Mota and I didnt mention Alex but hes aan attacking mid from vasco.
2. Im not putting the tactics up for download because I would prefere a discussion, also I think ive lost the Christmas Tree.
3.I think all my brazilians will be great as they have bags ods of potential, I wont have to change them or I could sell them for BIG money in a few years.

hello
i've just started a new game and am gonna try out a few of the things you've said on here, see if i can get some success from it.
just a couple of quick questions for now, at the beginning of this topic, you mention one of the first things you do is sort out your training, new coaches schedules etc.
1) what attributes do you look for in your coaches in addition to their actual coaching ability?
2) in your experience, does the number of coaches per training type make any difference?
good luck with your first season in the prem |

I am trying to issue warnings/fines to my players who under perform in 8.01 but can't find where to do it unless they get sent off?
Can you help? Quote:

O.K although some people ignore things like this I feel it is an important part of the game. Performances
Poor performances are hard to judge as it largely depends on the quality of the player, however these are my guidelines.
5 = and below 1-2 weeks fine (better player = more weeks)
6 = warning-1 weeks fine (Better player = more fine) Sending offs
As far as I am concerned any sending off should be punished with a 2 week fine, I hardly get any red cards any more so the players have obviously learnt their lesson. Other options
If a player misses training players should be punished according to morale in my opinion and if the player is unhappy or not.
Superb Morale = 2 week fine
Good Morale = 1 weeks fine
Anything Lower = 1 weeks fine
If a player has Superb morale they are unlikely to miss training so this should not be needed.
If a player does not accept his fine and say he will improve in the future you might want to note this down and give less punishment in the future, on the basis that a happy player is a good player.

Seems like a great thread so far however, I feel you should consider a team that is maybe predicted to come mid-table as Watford ( imo) are clearly going to be title challengers anyways.
Out of interest, and I do apologise if you have mentioned this already but I'm slightly rushed atm, but when you first take over a new club, how do you choose who stays and goes? I have never really found an exact solution to this yet, but have recently been trying Cleon's - may have been Rashidi's so apologies - recommendation of high determination - especially for the Lower Leagued teams.
