First of all thanks for everyone supporting this thread, I was about to stop but seeing people taking an interest really makes it worthwhile.

Team Talks

For the team it usually depends on the class of opposition, but most likely you should be using we can win this etc. to help the teams morale. Although some people overlook team talks I find them very important as they help in morale and a good boot in the backside can always turn a game around.

Pre Match

Home against weaker team = We can win this
Home against stronger team = Wish Luck
Away against stronger team = Wish luck
Away against weaker team = We can win this
Team out of your class = No pressure

Half time

2-0 or better = Delighted
1-0 = Pleased or Encourage
0-0 = Encourage or Disappointed
0-1 = Disappointed or I expect better
0-2 = Anger or We have to get a result here

Post Match

3-0 or better = Sensational
1-0/ 2-0 = Pleased
0-0 = Sympathize or disappointed
0-1 = Disappointed
0-2 or worse = Angry

Individual Talks

These can improve performances and improve morale.

Pre Match

If players morale is much lower than all the other players you should give him the I have faith in you talk.

Half Time

5 or less = Anger
6 = Disappointed
7= Team
8 = Well done
9 or more = Fantastic

If a players morale is lower then like the start use the ‘I have faith’

Post Match

5 or less = Anger
6 = Disappointed
7= Team
8 = Well done
9 or more = Fantastic

However if the whole team has 9s you should be saying sensational, these outlines should only be used if player has stuck out. Hopefully you should see an improvement. If a player responds badly this tells a lot about his personality and you should take note about this later on and try and encourage him more.

I have just developed a 4321 christmas tree which drew but we dominated proceedings so it ws O.K.

I have also signed Mota and Lulinha so the future is bright.

Ive just beaten Charlton 3-2 aswell, there my rivals so yeah

Update

I am currently unbeaten and am top by 3 points.

The team is gelling well and as soon as we take more chances we will be laffing all the way to the premiership.

25 games in though so things are going well and mota is coming at the first of January and I cant to play him and Lulinha together.

Update

Well I won the league by 10 points and got told I was a genius as we were only meant to get top half :cool:.

So a few more long posts will be coming soon as I prepare for the premiership.

For the last 8 games I played with a Christmas Tree which won nearly every game this will be my base tactic next year, I will post later i the day.

PS.. You shold post replys I was about to stop this until I saw your replys, so I guess you saved the Watford Project :thup:

Ok so here is my preparation for the premiership.

Training

I will leave training as it is apart from I have made separate schedules for Lulinha and Mota as they have so much potential.

Everyone will be placed on Pre season then the other schedules will come into play just before the first game.

Tactics

I have decided my base tactic, it is going to be a Christmas tree, with two AMs dropping deep then supplying through balls to the striker or running with the ball at the defenders. It has three hardworking midfielders with the centre one dropping back and the outer two have very high CD and Tight marking, the outer mids also have short passing and the DM and the AMs have mixed passing so they spread the passing. The striker has high creative freedom and forwards runs and run with ball on often so when he gets the ball he goes forward I might add a free role although I am undecided. The defence is solid the CBs are on direct and the full backs are on mixed passing they have FWR mixed so they offer options to the attack when necessary, the CBs have Man marking and little creative freedom with everything on rarely.

We play narrow so we stay compact and we focus passing through the middle, the passing is on normal just under quick. Defensive line is normal with offside ticked we also have counter Attack ticked so when we get the ball we break quickly and efficiently.

Transfer Market

I will be spending a lot of time in here, as my team need strengthening I have decided to scout countries to try and find the best youth the world can offer at a discount price. I am now allowed to send people further than this continent so someone will be going to South America. I will be buying some experience though and I will be raiding the teams that got relegated and of course I will be looking into the transfer list for a few cheap buys.

Those are the countries which will be scouted, looking for under 21s.
