I couldn't edit my post, some kind of error, but I meant how, not when. Well, I mean do you have any tips what players I shall have for different spots etc etc? What do you think?

I wouldn't comment on the strikers, it seems to me that a decent goalscorer would settle in well with this tactic. The striker/s don't have to be incredible, anybody (realistically) will do, depending on the league. If for example I were to buy a Conference striker for the Premiership would be a recipe for disaster!
Try to play midfielders with alright abilities in dribbling. Not important but always helps. I would give you a big tip that is to buy Jeremy Menez (for any amount) and play him on the ML/AML - he fits the criteria well. Renato Augusto in the centre and maybe Theo Walcott or Hatem Arfa on the MR/AMR. That's my recommendations. BUT definately try for Augusto and Menez. (DEFINATELY MENEZ IN THAT POSITION).
