I'm going to be trying my hand in South America soon but wanted some advise before I start.
* Which S.A country offers the widest scope for signing young talent
* Which country has the most 'European' format for their domestic competition
* Which league has the leanest rules regarding foreign players
* Which clubs (probably in Mexico, Argentina or Brazil) start with the highest transfer budgets
* Which club has the potential to become a S.A super power. (possible stadium expansion, good facilities, talented squad, generous chairman)
Thanks. I'm kind of leaning towards Mexico at the mo but I'm not a fan of the league format but I understand that the Brazilian league has a similar structure.
Oh, and btw. I loaded up the Chilean leagues but Milan wasn't at Colo-Colo. Anyone know why? He's on my other European games and it seems a bit strange that he's not on the db now.
