I'm Cardiff on original patch and Terry Burton has just left me to manage Swindon. I have been looking for a replacement but can't find anyone good who wants to come to me.

I am really struggling to find any decent staff to join me whether it's an assistant manager, coach, scout or physio.

So has anyone managed to get any good staff while managing a Championship team?
