I dont seem to understand how some youths in teams like barcelona, arsenal etc. big teams with alot of hot prospects, they dont play games or get a chance but these kids still turn out to produce their potential ability....
Why is it, i cant seem to be able to do that?
I need to either a) loan hot prospects for experience or b) give them some games in the first team, while computer controlled teams dont need to do either and these kids still meet their potential, im frustrated... anyone help? is playing in reserves enough? ;-/
I wouldn't know too much, but when i play as man u, my training is all 5 stars or more, and when i leave a youngster in the reserves, he becomes good naturally. I think you need good coaching.
