Who are the best British (preferably English) staff in the game? Before I renew the contracts of Manchester Utd's default staff, is there anyone better I could replace them with?

Also, how about British (again, preferably English) players? Searches seem to constantly dig up threads pertaining to previous incarnations of the game, so apologies if I am just looking in the wrong places.
