How does Modric perform in 08?

I was doing very well with Liverpool, sitting at second with a game in hand and noticed that Man Utd, Chelsea, or Arsenal weren't first. I checked who was, and it was the Toon! Lo and behold, Modric is the staple in the midfield!

In fact I think he's one of the better defenders in the league.

But his buy-out clausule is not correct, according to some media clubs need to pay around 12 million euros to get him.

I think the game generated another value which overrode the original one...
