It's a great squad but icant get out the most of my players. I am in 8th place only 7 points behind the leaders. iam not satisfide, something is missing maybe i have bought and sold to many players or maybe i have the wrong team instructions. I like this formation so can some one help me with the team instructions, please.

In 4132 , the "1" must be a strong stopper to protect the defence line.As you can see that the "3" often run forward,especially the centeral midfield who appears in the AMC position constantly.Who is gonna protect your center midfield?Van der vaart's tackling is no more than 10 I remember.
I usually set "rarely forward run" for this defensive midfield.
Unluckily Benega is a skillful playmaker.
And your center defender's pace is not excellent.In EPL there are many speedy monsters like Martins,Anelka.
Better buy a hard-tackler like Palombo,or Mascherano...
If you love Banega so much,maybe change Bellushi and Modric,at least one of them, in to a strong defensive tackler.
Or you can switch to 4222,add a defensive midfield alongside Banega.
Don't forget to play a central slow short-passing styple.You DL and DR is not standard like Lazio's Benhrami.
