It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Gave these a go for a full season and noticed no improvements at all. I think you must need the right level facilities and coaches to get the right results (I only have "Adequate").

Yes. You probably need better coaches, mate. I cannot question any of your results, as the schedules are not made by me, and they were initially made for FM07.

However, as I've said before, it's so important you get better coaches (not neccesarily the ones that max you out). As for me, I always start with the staffs, cause I believe they are the basis of success (as in improvement). My training facilities has been as low as adequate, but that is one thing you can never change "over night" unless you cheat or change teams. They gradually improve as you play.

If you still feel this is the wrong schedule for you, I can recommend you try Seasoned Alkoholic's schudules. He has done a massive job, and put down a great deal of work.

However his schedules are complex, and very specialized. But you might like it...

I think he will tell you the same though, concerning the coaches, at least.

Wish you good luck!

Thanks for your respons!

I got top coaches with max stars and using max training. Half of season went through and most of the players status still in grey.

at arsenal with 7 star coaches, tweaked everything and players are going down..

upped the levels slightly and now getting yellow improvements.

think i will have a full on preseason programme and see what happens for next season.

Deyong - How far have you come in the game?

I've noticed that it takes some time before the effects come. I just patiently wait though. But it is wierd that you haven't noticed anything, as I believe Arsenal have much more potensial than Newcastle in the beginning of the game.

I've downloaded the training schedules and imported all but the last one.
I don't think my computer recognises the .rar file. How do I import this into my training?
