It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Ok, guys, a quick update.Below is Lulinha's progress after merely two seasons on the schedule.

And, yes, i know his PA is insane, and yes he is a wonderkid on my game. But still you see how I can make my players improve*...?

*improve = he has only played 7 matches during the two seasons. Most of the time, he just sits there.

woo hoo !!!
On a 12 game unbeaten run right now, got Grimsbt up to 7th in the Championship!!! Can you imagine if I get them into the playoffs??
Getting a few 0-0 games, I'm sticking with my main stirker but he's played 15 games and got 5 goals, the other guy is banging them in week in week out in the reserves, he keeps getting MOM Awards, do I switch? Or stick it out with my main guy?

Why is it that under your coach's rating, you seem to have them maxed with some orange stars, while mine is all yellow. Some of mine looked max like yours as well.

Is there any implication i miss out?

Some of these schedules are completely idiotic - don't use them. Strikers for example has almost intensive attacking training and almost no tactic training - shows how much this guy know about FM training

I noticed in other people's training they include special schedules for part time players. Do you think that is necessary or do these seem to cover both player types?

I don't see that much difference, besides some lower stats obviously. But then again. I have no quality coaches as you with Newcastle
I only have 7, 6 or 5 star ratings, 3 even for set pieces (will fix it but board doesn't allow more coaches).

Also my training ground isn't that good ofcourse. So it's logical he's not that good as after his trainings at newcastle. Or do your really think the training will improve him, even at Sparta? I think it's just a matter of where you'd like to focus on - depending on your tactic.

As you can see, My Dalla Valle has better acceleration stats - so it's just a matter on focus. There are no wonder makers - because it all depends on what you expect of your players and how you'd like to play.

Still a good topic though. To get more insight etc ... but in the end ... having a training that doesn't suit your tactic will bring failure. And still people wine about tactics not working etc

Xfer - Yes, I have one Coach for each category Aerobic 1, tactic 1, shooting 1, and so on No magic behind it at all really.

Just use the coach-attribute-guide above, and you'll find those coaches that will max you out

Xfer - The training schedules are made for FM07. Just a reminder Pretty decent for now, I'd say.

SlyBelle - Good observation  . Seasoned Alcoholic (http://community.sigames.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/1519717/m/2502031953)
just release his FM2008 Schedule. 75 in total!!

While some people like to have very specialized schedules, I find it unecessary. In comparison the schedules in this thread are pretty basic, yet effective.

The more complex they are, the more time you'll spend setting up your training.

But to oint out your question - No, I never use part-time schedules

Xs - Thank you for posting. You got some valid and constructive points here - Good

Ofcourse, both the fact that you do not have more qualified coching staff, and that your training ground may be lower than "good", affects your training. That's perfectly logical, and makes sense.

As you may have noticed, these schedule were not created by me, and they were made for FM07, so some tweaking might be necessary in order to make them work even better on FM08.

It is hard for me to say for sure these schedules will work for you Sparta team. However, I've almost spent three seasons finding the better coaches fo my side, and upgrading my facilities

But once you have improve these (remember it takes time), I'm quite sure that you will see some great results
