I have edited your fist post, and have included the information at the top and modified your thread title...so that as much information is possible.
There are several things you need to understand, there are loads of people here who don't download tactics or may not be in a position to download tactics. These people sometimes just want information. Good information for you to provide are like cap 37 suggests screenshots of your sliders for one thing, or screenshots of some of your ingame stats like your match stats at halftime that can give more information.
Other information that should be handy and should always be included are the types of players required in any tactic. What this does is prevent your thread from degenerating into a "this does not work thread". If you tell someone beforehand that that the tactic requires an AMC to have good decisions, passing, strength, then they know you have a good handle on tactics and will be in a position to help.

Pretty good formation, no shortage of attacking opportunities thats for sure! I score lots with this formation. Unfortunately, I'm lacking AMCs and have an abundance of FCs so this formation isn't the best for my current game.

I wanted to try this tactic with the defensive midfielder, but I wasn't sure how he fitted in with the team - could someone post a screenshot of the DM tweak?

cant edit my own post so to see a larger pic you have to click the picture...
also I used the right MC for the DM tweak as I found it more effectice.. You do not change any of his instructions jsut move him down to DM and give im a barrow

Well I'm afraid that it didn't iron out my defensive fragilities - lost 5-1, with opponents (Chelscum) having 22 shots on goal. Are you playing with the patch?
