Torshov, as a general rule Yes. Occassionally i will reduce his RWB and FWR if I am get run over in defence, or am protecting a lead. But most of the time I still want him thinking about attacking even if he is coming from a DMC position. His mentality also lets him 'look' for an attacking option first rather than defend. I stil want him to supply the forwards, as I said earlier these 2 guys are the engine room of the tactic, there 'pass' attempts are far great than anyone else in the team. I still want these guys moving the ball forward systematically, not just hoofing it forward are, God forbid, back passing and scoring own goals. Hope this helps. BTW how are you going?

Well, i think this tactic all depends on which team you are playing it with. The absolute key to the tactic is the amc, if HE cant score then YOU wont score. At this present moment i am struggling with Aston Villa but i am persavering with it ( im sure it isnt spelt like that lol ). Currently 13th and cant score for love nor money but then its only 9 games in....

Hey all,
I've been playing with this tactic as liverpool. I had been playing a 4-4-2 diamond with mediocre results, then switched to this one. I didnt tweak it at all as I was having some good results and went on a pretty lengthy unbeaten spell.
Overall, in the league I P34 W26 D6 L2 i finished 2nd just 2 points behind Arsenal...and that pattern continued, I was also runner up in FA Cup (vs Chelsea 3-1), League Cup (vs Blackburn 2-0) and was knocked out of CL by Real loosing 4-3.
In the final 3rd of the pitch it worked a treat, but it was my defence that was just too creaky at times, going to try some tweaks suggested and I'll report back.

Excellent tactic, won me the league with Rangers. I see what you mean about the 2 MC's, they combine very well with the AMC to create and score a lot of chances. The striker role is supposedly diminished here but Boyd has scored 5 in the last 3 for me so that comes down to the players I think.

Anyone else had much joy with my tactic?
I have created an updated version with a few tweaks which i will upload later. Seems much better defensively whilst creating a LOT of chances for the AMC/AML/AMR and ST.
Testers will be needed please...

Results so far

L 1-0 Away Cheltenham plus i was sent down to 9 men

D 1-1 Home to Crewe

D 1-1 Away at Carlise

L 3-1 home to Tranmere

L 2-0 away to Notts Forrest

Im bottom of league now with 6 games to go.

7 points behind the team just above the relegation zone.
Since ive used this tactics i am scoring about the same amount of goals and it hasn't drasticly changed my results at all?

Im just using the tactic as i downloaded it the only tweak i have made is the one i read abit up made the full backs to cross to far post rather than mix.

Well going to stick with it soon as many other people have had a lot of luck with this, Think i might not have the full backs as cross to far post just leave it how it when i load the tactic up.
