What is the formula to achieving 7 stars in training?

What are the attributes needed?

I can't seem to get my coaches rating to 7.

Read the manual that came with the game, it will explain in details on how the coaches different training attributes will affect it.

i think its having people with 18+ in the required attributes for that defending.

So with attacking, they need 18+ in attacking, and to be solely working in Attacking with no one else, and only in attacking.

With shooting its like 18+ in attacking AND 18+ in technique or tactical or something.

Along those lines. I have 6 coaches all 7 stars in there invidual areas.

I'm sure it's the same as 5 star coaches in the last game.

If you want, use FMM and edit a coach to see if that is correct (ie a fitness coach with 18 is a 7 star fitness coach).

* Aerobic - Fitness 18+
* Goalkeeping - Coaching Goalkeepers 18+
* Tactics - Tactical 18+

* Defending - Defending 20 and Tactical 10+ or

What is FMM, is it something that you can edit a coach if so where can i get it from.

If you want to edit stats, use the database editor that comes with the game.

what about FMM 2.2 do you think that would work, if i used it i do know what i am doing.

You can't edit training stats with FMM... but you can edit the player's stats. Though, that would take a great big chunk of fun out of the game.

Better to find a good training schedule and hire some good coaches.
