Well i have Paco Herrera on my SP coaching and i still have 6 starts ( and in my game he has 18 att, 17 men, 17 tec). :S

| no, each training is on its own. They probably do not train at the same time, therefor your coaches can spend their full concentration on senior and youth squad  | |

Forgot to mention: in my opinion it is pretty pointless to have youth coaches, since they just take up a coaching slot and since every coach can do all the training (unless I have missed some higher reason to have youth coaches over the years)

| His attributes are not fixed in the data base it seems so he may sometimes have better values.
