Same with my CM. I have to use one of my subs for this position (around the hour mark) but the old addage of bringing on "a fresh pair of legs" picks my team up. I alternate between Gerrard and Lulhinha (sp?) and whichever one is brought on usually plays a blinder.

The tactic seems to encourage use of the target striker which seems to be harder to achieve in FM08 than in FM07 and my whole team is playing better as a result.

I made a similier tactic for FM07 where the target man produced about 20 assists per season, I have tried to recreate this here but the target man isnt producing as many assists
