Not sure what kinda feedback you're looking for. it's been the best tactic I've used so far in 2008 though, worked very well attacking and I have also had very good possession, usually 50% or over.
Although my side is pretty well suited for this formation.
What I have seen (especially in my last few games) is that I have been finding it very very hard to convert shots to goals even with the other team a man down (which has happened in my last 5 games...) And it also seems that most of the goals against me are coming from corners, in the last 25 minutes or both, which probably says something about how I should adjust the tactic for the usual on slaught at the end of the game.
Also I find my AML/R to have very sporadic form. If you want any more info ask.
I've found this very successful - I've only tweaked the opposition instruction by looking at dangermen and showing them onto a weaker foot if they're right/left-only and setting hard tackling if their bravery is low.
I've also found having a very quick winger with good finishing leads to him banging in lots of goals on the counter attack, but a lack of pace really prevents this but can mean more assists.
Case in point is Danny Haynes on the right who is lightning quick got 14 goals and 13 assists in 32 games and 7 MOM on the other wing Gary Roberts who has only got 9-10 for pace / acceleration because of injury only managed 20 games but weighed in with 12 assists but only 6 goals - all from free kicks.
Here's the final league table - I've brought in some good players (Piatti, Aaritalo etc) but it's essentially my Ipswich squad from the start of the season)

bRAzIL's 4-3-3 Tactic, Solid home & Away with no tweaking Post #93
I am averaging around 30 shots per game with Chelsea, 20 shots away from home. Drogba is magnificent as the targetman, the perfect player for this formation. At the moment, on average, he is scoring at least 2-3 every game for me!
I know testing with Chelsea is not exactly a great marker of how well a tactic works but I am very happy with my 08 tactic.
After I have finished the season I will pop up some screenies. Then i think I will test with Championship team.
