Default "Bump Morale" Tactic

Here´s a tactic Im using when I need results to improve morale.

Also Im a bit lazy to ingame/inseason tweak, I always plan my tactic for the whole season and got stick to it 90%, so this one should fit home/away favs or not.

KK, lets start.
Download Tactic Bump Morale
Your team will look like THIS

Description
You dont need anything special here, just decent players.
Its very effective, but I dont think you can win cups without some tweak between matches.
Its focus is to score against every defense, while doing well against any atacking formation.
It works like counterattack if you dont have the ball, and possession if you have it.

The forward pack of 2 ST + 2AMC normally disrupts defenses by opening the centre that follows strikers on both sides, while leaving space for your AMCs to score.
As a result you´ll see your strikers scoring on counters, or your AMs doing so if you control the match.

Player stats to look for
GK: Two hands will do the work. More will be cheat.
DC: The usual, but if you have to pick, chose the faster (Acc-Pace)
WB: Mainly DMs with good passing/crossing. Anyway, balanced is better than "da big runner" They´re like DMS but also runners.
DM: Just pick whole numbers. All numbers count here. The more balanced, the better.
AM: Focus on Passing, Creative, Flair, Long Shots and Finishing.
ST: Finishing, Off the Ball and Passing. They´ll get 50% of your team assists. Also Faster = Better.

Pre Match Tweak
As I said, Im lazy here, so I just check opp formation. If they have farrowed wingers choose "always close" on closing down menu.
If not, leave it as it is. Even diamond AMCs , both DMs will take care of him without major problems.

Last Words
Always pick players that fit on natural positions. Never pick your star CM to play as DM or AMC. Same for ML/Rs or DL/Rs playing as WBs.

This tactic may (do) need some work on Set Pieces.

Hope it works for you as well as it did for me.

Forgot to mention, but it works great even if you get some player booked.

Just keep the style with just one Striker. Amazingly he will perform even better.

Tried your tactic and found that it seems to work. I'm managing Watford and used it against Blackbourne and beat them 3-1. I've only used it when I have lost a couple of games in a row.

I have used this tactic with Barcalona. I tend to create a lot of chance and conceede few goals. Eto'o and Henry are strugllingto score though.

Update, I beat Arsenal 3-1 in a FA Cup Match. My reward is Chelsea, wow. I must say that my donkeys are creating many chances as well as stopping what ever is thrown at them. Also seems to work in foul weather. I seem to still have the weather bug as almost every match is a downpour, gale ,drizzle, windy with rain etc.

Yep, using this tactic your Strikers are going be concerned about his lack of goals sooner or later. Corners or counters are their only chances.

One thing to add, as the whole defense is marking zonal is a good idea to watch opposite strikers prior match and give both DCs apropiate instructions.

If rival Striker is fast = tight marking.
Only one strong foot? Then show to weakest.
