This is working really well for my Tottenham squad (after my tactics caused a poor start to the season). In addition to the default squad I bought in Richard Dunne (DC) and Mbark Boussoufa (AML). The only adjustment I have made to the tactic is to turn up the creativity for the lone striker (Robbie Keane) as my wingers were scoring most of my goals!

It looks like I won’t be sacked by Christmas for once! (this has happened 3 times to me already!).

December is the month with downpour and bad wheather conditions in England, you should try cbanging tempo to normal and passing to normal. Or tempo to high and passing to direct. Works for me, as I have noticed that when playing short passing in bad wheather conditions causes my players to lose the ball quickly. This also goes for 'run with ball'

Whomever I use in the MC-AMC position seems to play appallingly. They take huge numbers of inneffectual long shots.

I'm enjoying this tactic a lot, but I find I almost never score with it. I'll dominate the game, often with well over 20 shots, but none of them will actually go in...

Using AC Milan too, which makes it even odder.

That's strange, I had that problem on the game pre-patch but it's been much bettter since I installed it.

Checked your training schedules? How many stars do you have for attacking/shooting?

I unticked free role for the MC/AMC and don't use playmaker, as well as reducing creative freedom a little. Kinkladze was taking pot shots from all over despite being rubbish at it. Since doing that I've found he's been more creative in setting up chances for others and gets in better positions for goalscoring.

GJ www2 been trying to crack a formation similar to this myself with some seriously mixed results. Gonna give your one a bit of a go and see how it compares, i'll make sure to let you know how it goes.

Got to say this is a great tactic. I implemented it when going through a run of too may draws and getting beat by average sides away from home.

Once I used it I went on a wiining run in the league of 15 games , and unbeaten in the champions league until the final against chelsea.

Admitidley my team is quite decent, but I think the essence of this tactic is that it favours world class players.

I didn't have any trouble with my strker not getting the goals, I just changed his instruction to forward runs mixed.
