I have him set at 11 for ment. and I do have him in the target list. Seems to be working a treat! Also have RWB often, FWR rare, and still toying with LS...seems to just kick them over the bar one after another from long distance.

This looks very similar to the tactic I use in my current Brighton game. I use both my LMC & RMC to play defensively as my defence is fairly average and more direct due to my teams lower skill level.
I finished top of league-one first year and now mid table in championship second year (although Ive lost quite a few games since the newer patch) so this tactic should work well with lesser teams, although the short quick passing could be a problem for players with little skill.
Nice work www2.

Beautiful tactic. With my own tactics in the first season, took Spurs to 3rd, though could've been first if results had gone my way on the last day of the season. Also won the FA Cup, and did fairly well in UEFA Cup. Second season, having brought in Aguero and a couple of others, things weren't going too badly, but I wasn't setting the world alight with my 4132 formation. Tried www2's 4321 and everything has changed: flying up the league table (despite a 4-1 defeat at St James's Park), won the League Cup, in the semis of the FA, and the quarters of the Champions' League (having beaten Milan 6-2 on aggregate in the first knock out round!).
Great tactic - keep up the good work!

Hi everyone - just thought I would post as to how my game is going along with this tactic, bearing in mind that I have made a few small changes.
I am currently joint top of the league (15 games played) with Juventus in my first season, and overall I am very happy with the tactic. This is my team:
Now to start with the positives - I concede very few goals, in fact I have conceded the lowest in the league so far. Secondly, I notice the wingers get a lot of goals; Camoranesi is leading scorer in the devision.
Now the negatives - I find that I dont really score enough goals. Granted, the wingers score some, but the striker hardly ever scores nor do the central midfielders.
Perhaps if these issues are commonplace they could be revised in the update?
Anyway thanks for the tactic ww2 its really great and we all appreciate the effort you put in.

Im having trouble with the MC-AMC position. I went out and got van der Vaart, and hes gotten nothing but 6's all year long. I though he would be perfect for that role, but I cant get him going. Besides that its great! Hardly ever concede, 2-0 are the norm. How has this worked in the champions league for you peeps. Im dominating the premiership, but got knocked out of league cup, FA cup, and Champions league pretty early.
