It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

This is very similar to what I use currently.

I play with Portsmouth (Always). I have my FB's a little more advanced than the CB's as they generate a lot of opportunities for the striker and wingers with Direct passing and Cross from Deep.

One thing I would say too, if you find you are struggling to create chances (In the future) try focussing through the middle and moving the central MC to the AMC position (Remove Forward Runs Often when you do this).

just a quicky www2 (ooowerr missus,,soz bit of 'carry on humour'),, av used tactic 5 games with p'bro in league 2. won all only changing cf on cent mid & crosses on amr/aml to rare cus using 2 strikers there. possession great in fact good framework all round. just need to know how you tweak for 424 or changes by A1 ETC?. am unbeaten in 31 games but can see vast improvement to players ratings. i believe uve made some good tactics in the past?. nice 1 www.2

I'm not doing very well at all with the tactic.

Are you sure it isn't just because you had good players? You should test your tactics with lower league clubs...

Not sure what is wrong....try to put team mentallity to first notch of attacking and uncheck FREE ROLE for centre MC

As for being good coz of the good players is very much possible, but I am still kicking arse to teams like Inter, Roma, Valencia.

Just played a game against Reggina (yeas I know its a weak team) with them having ZERO shoots.

First of all I am glad that its working for you.

Second concerning countering 4-2-4.....I put BARROW to RMC and LMC to wingback positions.

Concerning me and tactic making in the past. Yes I did create a couple of good tactics in the past that were rated rather good by people, although they were more defending based.

So here is an update.

Just finnished my first season and I won the Serie A 13 points clear of Juve.

Lost in CL semis to Real despite outplaying them in both games.

Lost in semis of national cup to Roma, but i did play every game in the cup with no players from first team.

As yo can see
my midfielders totally dominated the game and entire leauge, and as I allready said these three are your most important players.

Well I lost only 5 games and scored amazing 120 goals.
