Just like to know how everybody trains their youth players, in particular their strikers.

I have saivet training
medium - stength
medium/nearly high - aerobic
medium(just above low) - tactics
high - ball control
very low - defending
high - attacking
high - shooting
low - set pieces

This makes the workload just under high, the thing his attributes dont seem to improve. considering the potential of this player and his age (20) this seems like i must be doing something wrong.

youngsters need to play to improve fast, otherwise it will be very slow.

do what he says. i noticed that if i loaned players they will improve at least 1-2 points in all atrributes, with only training i'll be lucky if they improve 1 point in all stats, or 2 stats in half attributes, etc etc

use this guys training tactics, bloody marvellous. Tried it out for 6 months and i am seeing some great results
