I've alway found it useful to set my own training regime for both, senior and junior team. Most of the times it was really rewarding as players developed atributes i wanted them to develop.
I've made my own regime for FM 08 and i've found out that some things have changed.
My biggest concern is that players who aren't training, lets say finishing, start to lose their ability significaly. My right winger Fernando Belluschi had 14 for finishing in the start of the season, but at the end of it, it decreased to 10!
I "patched" his training and hoping he will get to 14 again but od you have any experinece, how long does it take?
