My aim was creating a tactic which I would enjoy watching. I decided to have 3 AMC/Free players passing, crosssing, dribbling all around. I come up with a 4-2-3-1/4-3-3 formation which produces a very nice display all around the pitch. Just try and see how nicely your team perform.
GK - Need a GK with high concentration. There is no need to tell what GK needs as everyone knows.
DR/DL - They need good defansive attributes + passing and crossing.
DC(right) - He is the defender with less mentality. Needs to be better in air.
DC(left) - He has higher mentality. Needs to be faster.
DMC(left) - He has more options in attack. Choose a player with better passing and long shots.
DMC(right) - He is a classical DMC with running around and tackling.
AMC - Free Role. You need a good #10. He will score and assist a lot.
AML - Free Role. He has higher mentality and Forward Runs often. You need a pacey forward with good finisihng.
FC - Lone striker. Should be a good finisher and he needs to win headers.
Tips:
- Use time wasting in last 30 minutes in wet games.
- Use opposition instructions against dangerous strikers.
- Change team mentality and defansive line to score during the game.
I really like the way team plays in this style and I will work on it to create new versions. I hope you will like the way team plays in attack.
Good games.

what team have you tried this with?
I started working on this tactic during the second season of my Wigan team. After 20 games I was still unbeaten and I was impressed by the way team played.
In order to test, I started a new game with ManU. I choose the tactic and clicked on "Use current match tactics" and went on holiday. At the end of the season, I saw that team had became champions in league and won Carling Cup and Champions League. Scored 135 and conceded 39. Results in CL were really amazing.
I tested with Beşiktaş by going on holiday also and they won both domestic cups.
Now I am looking for an average team to start with...
