Attacking corner set piece that worked well for me
Here is a description of a set piece that worked damn good for me (1st place in corners scored in my league.) :
5 players on lurk outside
2 on attack far post
1 on attack near post
2 on hold back if needed.
corners set to: left, penalty area. Right, 5-meter line. (I have that in norwegian so not sure how to say it but 5 meters from the goal.)
Why it works: Generally the corner guy will aim for a big bunch of people in the middle, sometimes they will score, sometimes it will bounce off and the lone attacking font guy usually picks it up before his marker and scores (that happens a lot)
Recommandations: Use your central defendeers as attackers and one more good jumper for attacking far and near. Central defenders are usually strong and good at jumping so perfect for the job. Put pretty much anything on lure. (5 guys)
So far I have 11 goals from 28 matches with this tactic. Im usually very low on the list of most goals scored by corner. For the first time i am nr 1 in this list Fm is really fun when you do something right

Attacking corner set piece that worked well for me Post #2
Ok finished the season, 18 goals in 46 matches. I think thats pretty damn good!
more detail about the tactic: I usually use the wingers or the fullbacks as corner takers. Make sure they have right foot if doing from right side and left footed if doing from left side. And decent corner, crossing and teqnique stats.

Actually to be even more precice you want to have high players on the attack near and far options as these will draw the big guys to mark them. Ideally you will also have someone small but with good jumping in the crowd of lurkers but it doesnt matter much because they only have to be better than the marker they have against them (and since the good markers are drawn away....)

Who usually scores the goals? If I use my central defenders on attack far and near post than all my players on outside area are generally not very good in the air.
