Put them under defence, if you feel that they're not doing as well in the wing play department put up the ball control slider a bit. Hope that helps

thanks for the for theses tactics mate they do wonders for my team, i have not lost a game yet and that is after 25 games.

Don't suppose you'll be making the youth equivelant of these? I know it's simple enough to do myself but why create work for myself when you coudl do it and get more credit. lol

I might make an improved version later on, but for the mean time as long as they youth are 17+ I tend to just put them in the schedules I've made.

Nah, as I feel the default GK schedule does the job fine enough.

What tends to happen is that you get quite a few training injuries in the first 3 months and then players get accustomed to it, it gets better. Least for me that is. If you want them to get injured less often I'd hire more physios if you have few. Also don't overplay a certain player too often if his fitness tends to be poor. Rotate and so forth.

If that doesn't help, you can always put the overall slider down a notch and see if that helps things a bit.
