Sounds about right Ive cracked the poor moral = no pressure Okay/good = have faith.

and yes, since i have started using custom team talks i have had 4 wins in 5 games. it could be the tactic, it could be this.

Looks complicated an unecsessary. It is better with "team" teamtalks and about 2-3 personal team talks.
