It's no use having a squad full of star players without a decent way for them to play their football.

Default Perfect training for each individual position

Sad as I am, I've spent a couple of days analysing what each positions main criteria are and then what training assists that specific area. IE - Decisions = Tactics, Passing = attacking and so on. Then I worked out the key training areas for each position, ( you may need to read this a couple of times to make sense of it, but trust me it's Well worth it!!) So a DMC's sub catagories require the following main training catagories - Defence, strength, strength, defence, strength, tactics, tactics, aerobic, aerobic, attack, attack, defence. So Defence *3 Strength *3 tactics *2 Aerobics * 2 Attack *2.. So a total of 12 main catagories - 3+3+2+2+2 =12. Therefore Defence is 3/12 = 25% of the training, strength is 3/12 = 25% of the training,Aerobic is 2/12 = 16%, tact is 2/12= 16% and attack is 2/12 = 16%. Take the overall (Bottom)/main) training bar to the last but one line and call that 100%. Put def up to 25% of THE MAIN BAR, strength up to 25% OF THE MAIN BAR and so on. Your left with one small section of the main bar left, click every catagory once in order until its at max heavy, then bring the overall bar back down to medium and your DMC will train to his max. I know this sounds complicated, but I've got it done for each position senior and youth, I just dont know how to upload it to here for you to download if you want to. Do I just copy and paste the saved file from my desktop ( where I saved it too). It really is 100% nailed on and you can obviously tweak bits for individuals. I'm currently traing DMC's as Strikers for a month just to improve there all round game, I'm currently alternating each position and then going back to their natural training program for a month and then changing again to a different one for a month. If anyone wants to use them let me know how to upload the training scheduled. Cheers guys. Kenster.

nice post would be nice to see your training schedules.

use some more "Enters" and/or spacing in your post next time makes it easier to read and it will get more attention.
