B1GD - (Play the Arsenal way)

After watching the Liverpool - Arsenal game this week, I thought that it was time somebody completely copied the way Arsenal are set out at the moment. This included playing Hleb on the left wing, incorporating Eboue :sic: on the right wing and invloving three central midfielders. I also wanted to make sure that the MC's bag a lions share of the goals aka. Fabby.

I finally settled on a 4-5-1 Att template and tweaked from there. The MC's are on all out attack and the striker acts as a target man, although you don't necessarily need a big striker, you certainly can't use a fast little nipper like Walcott. The team is set to short and quick (don't believe in slow tempo!) and width is mainly provided my the FB's, although the wingers will do their part.

I'm going to play a full season and update later, please feel free to download and give me some pointers, as this is my 1st tactic.

Just beat Fenerbache 6-1 at home (bit like real life!!!)

Avg. over 10 games: 61% possession and 84% pass completion.

Majority of goals are coming from midfield.

That's actually some pretty impressive results, B1G_D.
I'm having similar succes succes playing a quick, short, attacking formation albeit it's a 4-3-1-2.
I'm currently at the 10th of december, having played 14 games in the league, won 13 and drawn one with a goalscore of 40-7.

Having said that, it should be taken into consideration that I'm managing Inter so of course I have a great squad - the results, however, are undeniable great.

i had good tactic before but this 1 is the best ive ever played with 1 thing doe u dont need big strikers u just need a good strikers.i think walcotts to young to play up front on his own look at his stats they are far to low u need to wait 3 or 4 years then he mite be good as striker : IM AN ARSENAL FAN.COME ON ARSENAL BEAT MAN U ON SUNDAY AND I WILL BE THE HAPPIEST MAN ALIVE

Thanks McSpinal. Your right, i've been playing RVP up front for a bit and he's running rampant. I still think that the lone striker isn't being used as well as possible so i'll have a tinker and see what I can change.
