I am really struggling with every tactic i try. Ive downloaded countless ones but none of them work within their first 5 games. Even the ones where people have left fantastic feedback on have failed me. I really dont know what to do anymore because I cant get success. Does anyone know a way I can get success or does anyone have a guaranteed tactic. Im currently managing Southampton.

Try giving tactics a mimimum of 10 games to start working, as in real life players need time to adjust to a new system.

OK I will do from now on. Its just some people report back on some good tactics that it worked instantly and they won 10 in a row or something stupid.
